subscriptions

Your subscription covers you for a calendar year. From January 1st until December 31st or from the date paid through the end of the year.

With a subscription your insurance company payment will be accepted and once your deductible is met the remaining balance and any copays are written off. 

If you are a subscriber without insurance you will only receive a $500 charge.

Subscriptions apply to 911 emergency transports considered medically necessary by the healthcare financing administration.

All residents of Longswamp Township, Topton Borough, Maxatawny Township, and Kutztown Borough have memberships paid through their respective municipalities EMS tax.
